Appointments & Walk-Ins: Clients are welcome to walk in without a booking; however, advance appointments are recommended to secure your preferred time and therapist.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your appointment may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid impacting other clients.
Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in being charged the full service fee.
Payments: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and other payment methods as specified in the spa.
Health Conditions: Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their treatment.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaves inappropriately.
